I was sent a detailed Warmath genealogy in 1998 by Connie Lane, descendent of the Chesterfield Warmath line. She sent it with the note, "The Rosamon info came from Barbara Morgan and the Warmath info from John Warmath (except my branch)." The information that follows comes from her tree, though I will try to back it up by looking up and adding any official records I can find. Anything in italics in the framed section was not in Connie Lane's original tree. Anything in italics in the first section is not part of Connie Lane's original info but is supported by something in the second section

John W. Warmath, age 46.

Wife Mattie, age 34.

Son Thomas, age 13.

Son Julius, age 11.

Son Albert S, age 9.

Son John G, age 7.

Son James C, age 4.

nephew Henry, age 19 (prob. s/o John's brother Henry, dec'd)

1900 census, Gibson County TN, District 2:

John Warmath, age 66, born Feb. 1834, married 35 years.

Wife "Dell" age 55, born June 1844, mother of 7, all 7 alive.

Son Johnnie, age 28, born Mar 1872.

Son Clint, age 24, born Mar 1876.

Son Aubrey, age 16, born July 1883.

Also in the household, Kate McGee, 15, white boarder born Apr 1885

Wilse William, age 55, black boarder born Jan 1845 occupation: farm labor.

NOTE that the birth year for John G. Sr. does not match Connie Lane's information. Could easily have been a transcription error or misreading of a weathered stone. I do not know how Frances S. Warmath connects, whether she is twin of John G Jr, or a wife of one of the boys).

Gibson County marriage records show Martha Frances Warmath marrying Harold McLeary in 1941. Note that her cousin once removed, Thomas Chesterfield Warmath, married Maggie McLeary. (Martha Frances' grandfather, John Wesley, was the brother of Thomas Chesterfield's father, Chesterfield). Relationship between the two McLeary's not known at this time.
