Dead Dolores:

    Just a few lines to let you know everything is the same. I went for a Sigmoidoscipic examination yesterday and the Dr said although I had quite a few small veins on the inside of my rectum there couldn't have been enough blood come from there to cause me to be low in blood and also to lose weight, so next Thursday I have to go for a colon x-ray and on Wednes I again have to go through a terrifically strong physic besides not eating much either and on Thursday before I go for x-ray I must take a Borium Enema. I won't go into details on that it makes me sick to even think about it. Well darlings, you know I feel rather depressed at not feeling O.K. after all I had so far but maybe next Thursday we will find out what it's all about.

    Hope everyone is O.K. at your house. Was so sorry I wasn't able to talk to you the other night especially since I hadn't sent your birthday card yet or Les'. This is yours. Will send your oldest daughter's card separately tomorrow.
