This photo album (c. 1910-1920) was created by Lyda Sue Sims (before she married William Leland Hardison) when she lived in Friendship, TN and apparently also on a visit to VA (there are shots of Pig Point Ordinance Depot, later called Nansamond, in Nansamond, VA). The album contains photos of her brothers, Leslie Sims and Paul Sims, and her parents, John P. Sims and Effie Ann Amos. There are no doubt other family members but she did not label anyone. If anybody out there can put a name on anyone in any of the photos, please contact me (jihardi@att.net). The order of the photos in the album seemed haphazard. I have grouped them where I saw patterns, but have left the original position in the labeling. Gallery 1 is Soldiers, etc. Gallery 2 is Friends and Friendship (locales that might be Friendship, gatherings that might not be relatives, but they might be). Gallery 3 is Family Members (at a guess) with some odds and ends.

Soldiers, etc. Click on image to enlarge. Once enlarged, to zoom, move cursor to right of image, back onto image, and click again. Scanned at high resolution, so give it time.
