My dear Sis,

I am sure you will be glad to get a letter from me. Don’t eat to much turkey or you will get to fat. I go to school and I like it too. I prayed for Florence last night. I hope she will get better soon. How is Sister Sixtina? I can’t wait until you come home to see us. Don’t forget to bring me a holy picture. Where did you find your red cheeks? I hope you have a nice time on Thanksgiving day.
